Create rights group

To create a new rights group:

  1. Click the Rights Group button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

    The Rights Group screen appears.

  2. Click the Insert New Group link at the top right of the screen.

    The Create New Rights Group window appears.

  3. Type a name for your new rights group. The name must be a minimum of five characters in length.
  4. Click Save.

    Once the new rights group is created, you can assign rights to this group (refer to Add Rights to Group) and then add employees to the rights group (refer to Employees > Add Employees to Group).
