Print travel request

To print a requisition:

1. Select Travel Request > Statement - your name.

   Your requisition summary displays.

2. Select the requisition you want to print.
3. On the Travel Request Details window, click the Print Travel Request.

   The print version of the requisition will display.

4. Click Print to print the on-screen version of the requisition, or Export to PDF to generate a PDF version.

Signature Block

The signature block below the Approval history section will display the names of the persons involved in the approval of the trip. If the requisition was approved by the blanket travel authority or the offline booking process, this will be displayed in the name field.

If the requisition was submitted by a travel arranger, an additional section will appear in the block. Additionally, the signature section will display specific messages based on the approval rules that were triggered.

Note: Approvers' names are not included in the printout if no approval rules are triggered. Similarly, if a travel arranger prints the requisition before they submit it, their section will not appear within the signature block.
