To link a receipt image to transactions within your expense reports, account statements or requisitions:
The Manage Receipt Images window appears.
If there are no linked images, the Image Library tab automatically displays all unlinked images uploaded within the last six months.
The Manage Receipt Links window appears. It displays a table of transactions, including transaction amount, date and image count (the number of images already linked to the transaction). If the source currency is different from the billing currency, the source currency displays next to the amount.

If you selected a locked transaction (the option to link images to locked transaction is enabled for your company), you will be prompted to confirm the action, as the image can no longer be unlinked or deleted after linking it to a locked transaction.
The newly linked receipt appears in the Linked Images tab with a linked icon . If you click a linked image, a details pane displays the transactions linked to the image. If the transactions are from multiple issuers, the issuer name displays. If the source currency is different from the billing currency, both currencies display.
To link a receipt image to an individual card or cash transaction:
The image library opens, automatically displaying all unlinked images uploaded within the last six months.
Note: If you haven't uploaded the image yet, click Upload, browse to your image and click Open. The image automatically links to the transaction.
Note: If auto-receipt is enabled for your company, the Receipt check box is automatically selected when you link one or more images to the transaction.
