Offline expenses form

When a user uploads out of pocket expenses using the Offline Expenses feature, each of the items are automatically linked to the Offline Expenses category. However, as there is no coding linked to the uploaded items, the user must allocate the amount for each item to the correct expense category, then delete the uploaded record.
