• Traveller home

  The default page, this provides a simple welcome message and includes a warning about the effect of changes you make.

• User search

  Provides a search to locate travellers for whom you are authorized to arrange travel.

• Personal details

  Accesses your stored personal information required for a traveller. This is configurable, but may include details for:

  • Contact
  • Company
  • Credit card
  • Passport(s)
  • Private car

  Other information may be requested depending on the configuration.

• Address details

  Stores address information for your company, your home and/or an alternate address.

• Authorized arrangers

  Stores a list of Arranger groups and Arrangers authorized to arrange travel on your behalf.

  Note: If your organization does not have any Arranger groups configured, it will not be possible to select the name of an Arranger group.

• Change password
• Change username

  Note: It may not be possible to change your username yourself in your organization due to single sign on constraints.
