Requirement 1: Necessary user role

You must have the Traveller and arranger role to be able to create travel requests for other staff.

To check your role:

  1. Click on Manage Profile.
  2. In the menu on the leftmost side, click on Personal Details.
  3. Your role will be displayed in the Role drop-down menu.
  4. If you need to change it, open the drop-down menu, make a selection and click Save at the bottom of the page.
