Step 1: Start the hotel booking process
There are three main points from which you might want to start adding a hotel to your itinerary:
- You are composing a trip from scratch and have just made your traveller selection and completed the "Company/Accounting Details - Pre-Booking" page.
- You have already added one or more other travel types to your itinerary and now wish to add a hotel. This may be at the Itinerary Details page but you could still add a hotel further on in the booking process, for example if you were at the Accounting/payment details page and suddenly remembered it was needed.
- You are researching a different travel type e.g. rail and have not added it to the itinerary. You decide that you don’t wish to pursue the rail booking and want to start to add a hotel to the itinerary.
No matter which point you are at, the way in which you start adding a hotel to your itinerary is the same:
- Either click the hotel icon.

- Or click Hotel on the Travel Menu.
