Step 4: Hotel details page

The Hotel details page is an opportunity to check the details of the hotel selection before you add it to the itinerary.

To complete the Hotel Details page:

1. Check through the Hotel details and Stay details sections.
2. If a membership number for that hotel chain has been saved to your profile/the profile of the person you are booking for, it will appear in the Membership number box. If a membership number does not appear and you have one, simply type it into the box. After the booking is complete, you may wish to go into Manage Profile and enter in the membership number to save yourself time in future.
3. Check through the Room details section.
4. If you wish to make any special requests, expand the section and type them into the box. Requests or information entered will go directly to the hotel and will not be viewed or acted upon by the travel agency. Note that you are not able to paste text into the field.
5. You may be required to make a selection from the Reason code drop-down menu.
6. Once you have checked you are satisfied with the details of the booking, click Add to itinerary.
