Step 4: Car rental detail page

The Car rental detail page is an opportunity to check the details of the car rental before you add it to the itinerary.

To complete the Car Rental Detail page:

1. If a membership number for that car rental company has been saved to your profile/the profile of the person you are booking for, it will appear in the Membership Number box. If a membership number does not appear and you have one, simply type it into the box. After the booking is complete, you may wish to go into Manage Profile and enter in the membership number to save yourself time in future.
2. If you wish to make any special requests, expand the section and type them into the box. Requests or information entered will go directly to the car rental company and will not be viewed or acted upon by the travel agency. Note that you are not able to paste text into the field.
3. Click the Terms and conditions link and read through.
4. If you agree with the terms and conditions, select the I accept the terms and conditions check box and click Add to itinerary.
