Step 4: Ticketing and fare confirmation page

The Ticketing and fare confirmation page is an opportunity to check the details of the rail journey before you add it to the itinerary. The following features may be available:

Choose a ticket delivery method

• If you choose the Corporate Self Service Kiosk option, you will need to also select a kiosk from which to pick up the tickets from.
• If you choose the Paper Ticket Delivery option, you will need to select a printer location and a delivery address. The delivery address will automatically be picked up from your profile.

Seating preferences

Depending on the journey and the rail company, you may be able to select seating preferences. They will be met where possible but cannot be guaranteed. Seating preferences are automatically retrieved from your profile.

When you have checked the details of the journey and made any necessary selections, click Proceed.
