Date fields provide an area for an employee to give more information regarding the timing of their spending. Date fields do not have a specific bearing on the allocation of the value of a transaction but can be useful for tracking the timing of expenditure.
Date fields appear on the Comments tab. A pop up calendar appears beside the date field to provide an easy way for the user to specify the required date. If multiple date fields are added to the form, their order will be determined by their display sort order values.
