Transfer transactions
Transactions from the parent lodge card can be transferred to an employee's lodge account from the Transaction Transfer - Lodge Accounts report.
To transfer a transaction:
- Select Reports from the main menu.
- From here, select Transaction Transfer - Lodge Accounts from under the Company Administration heading.
The Transaction Transfer - Lodge Accounts screen displays.
- Perform a search for the transactions that need to be transferred.
- If using the Summary Employee view, drill down to the transaction listing for each employee.
- Click
at the far right of the transaction you want to transfer.The Account Search window will appear.
- Search for the account holder you want to transfer the specified transaction to, and click
next to the name.The transferred transaction can now be viewed and coded from the employee's Travel Expenses screen.
