Edit/delete expense rate

Note: You will only be able to edit/delete expense rates for the rate types that you have created, i.e., those that are used by standard Spend Wizards. The expense rates of rate types used by custom Spend Wizards cannot be edited/deleted. Rates may not be editable if they have effective start or end dates. These dates are not shown on-screen.

To edit/delete an existing rate:

  1. Click the Rate Tables button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

    The Out of Pocket Expense Rate Types screen appears.

  2. Either:

    The Out of Pocket Expense Rates screen appears.

  3. Click the rate amount on the rate table.

    A window named after the rate type and rate group appears.
