- From the Email Management screen, click the Destination button.
The Email Destination List screen appears.
- Click the Select Individual Employees link at the top of this window.
The Email Destination List window appears.
- Use the following field descriptions to search for the employee(s) you want to send the email message to:
- First name. The first name of the employee you want to send the email to.
- Last name. The last name of the employee you want to send the email to.
- Return Results. Restricts the number of employees that will be listed when using the search function.
- Account Holders Only. A simple yes/no to confirm if the employee you want to send an email to is an account holder.
- Click Search.
A list of employees matching your search criteria displays in the bottom half of the window.
- Click
to the right of the employee you want to send the email to. The selected employee(s) will appear on the right side of the window. - If you want to remove any employee(s) from this list, click
to the right of the employee. - Once you have completed your destination list, click Use Destination List.
The Email Management window re-appears with the number of employee(s) that will receive this email next to the Destination button.
