Refresh interfaces

Refresh Interfaces functionality allows you to upload data files into Shared Travel Services.

Data files go through a three-stage upload process: uploading, importing and checking. Each part of the process is carried out in its own section of the Interface - Administration screen.

• The File Uploaded section lists the files currently in the Inbox of the Shared Travel Services Vault. When you put a file through the File Uploaded process, you identify the type of data you are refreshing.
• The File Imported section lists the files that have successfully gone through the File Uploaded process. When you put a file through the File Imported process, you check its syntax to confirm the format is correct. You are alerted to any errors.
• The File Checked section lists the files that have successfully gone through the File Imported process. When you put a file through the File Checked process, you complete the upload file process.
• The File Complete section lists the files that have successfully gone through the File Checked process (ie. they have been successfully loaded into Shared Travel Services. These files are ready to be removed from the Refresh Interfaces screen.
