Approval roles

Approval roles can be managed via the Approval Roles button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

The diagram you see on the screen illustrates the various approval roles within your organization in Shared Travel Services. This screen is unique to your organization and will be initially developed for you.

It is from this screen that you can create approval roles and assign them to approval rules. To assign an employee to an approval role you first need to create the role or confirm the appropriate one already exists.
