Custom rate dimension lists give you the ability to manage rates across multiple, customized dimensions. Their purpose is to give you more control and more flexibility over complex allowance structures. For example, dimension lists for travel rates can be based on country and city combinations.
New rate dimensions can be set up via the Rate Tables button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view) and will be available to the user via the Allocation tab they will complete for their claim.
Note: Custom Spend Wizards have predefined dimensions that cannot be edited. You will only be able to set custom rate dimensions for standard Spend Wizards.
The ability to create rate dimension lists is not enabled by default. To have this enabled, contact your helpdesk.
