Personal vault and personal interfaces functionality allows an administrator to have their own private vault and interfaces area. A private vault allows them to post finance or data extracts to a storage area that is not accessible by other employees (ie. they are not visible in the company vault). A private interfaces area allows them to load and refresh interface files that will not be accessible by other employees. Both areas are totally separate (but identical in functionality) to the existing company Vault and Refresh Interfaces. They are helpful storage facilities for administrators who are scoped by company unit and are responsible for select areas of the business.
If you have the relevant administration rights (User Right - Personal Interfaces and User Right - Personal Vault), you can access Personal Vault and Personal Interfaces via Administration > Personal File Management from the main menu.
Note: The personal vault and personal interfaces functionality is designed for very specific purposes and needs to be enabled by your helpdesk.
