Customize statement report footer
If certain implementation settings have been enabled for your solution, you will be able to change the footer text on your company's:
- standard card account and/or cash statement reports. This is the footer that displays on the account statement report when a user clicks View Statement Report from the Account Statement screen. Note: This functionality does not apply to custom statement reports.
- printable expense report. This is the footer that displays on the printable expense report when a user clicks Print Expense Report from the Expense Report Details screen.
- printable requisition statement. This is the footer that displays on the printable requisition statement when a user clicks Print Requisition from the Requisition Details screen.
To customize the footer that appears on your users' account statement report:
- From the main menu, select Administration > Instance Management > Custom Content.
The Content Messages window appears.
- Click
beside the report you want to customize. - Enter the text you want to display as the footer.
Note: If the correct implementation option is enabled, you can format your content in HTML.
- Click Save.
Note: As there is only one text field to define the footer, any solutions supporting multiple languages need to enter any translated text in the same field.
