Mandatory forms

If required, you can make it mandatory for an account holder to complete at least one Spend Wizard per transaction, based on the transaction's respective 'transaction type'. For example, you can make it mandatory that for each transaction at least one Spend Wizard must be completed.

To make it mandatory for a user to complete a Spend Wizard:

  1. Click the Tran Defaults button on the Administration Overview diagram (Organization view).

    The Transaction Type Settings screen appears.

    If your organization uses more than one account type, eg. card, cash, phone or requisition, you will see that you can set up transaction defaults specific to each account type.

  2. Click Grey D in white circle with grey outline to the right of the transaction type you want to create a mandatory Spend Wizard Question rule for.

    The Customize Transaction Type Behaviour window appears.

  3. Click the Yes radio button beside Spend Wizard Mandatory.
  4. Click Save.

    A check appears for the transaction type under the Spend Wizard Mandatory heading of the Transaction Type Settings screen.
