Email management

Email Management allows you to turn email notifications on or off to control the number of emails you receive from the Expense Management area of Shared Travel Services.

Note: There may be email notifications that you cannot switch off. These will not be listed here.

To turn email notifications on or off:

  1. Click Personal Settings in the global navigation menu.
  2. Select Email Management on your Personal Settings screen.

    The email notifications you can enable or disable will be displayed in a table, with information on which issuer the email relates to, the frequency of the notifications, and what the subject for each email is.

  3. If the notification is enabled, you will see White circle in blue oval in the Enabled column. To opt out of receiving the email, slide the white button to the left.
