Build form from hyperlink

When a user clicks a hyperlink from the Options tab, the Allocation tab automatically appears for them to allocate their expense. As the Shared Travel Services administrator, you can configure the Allocation tab (or, in other words, build the Spend Wizard).

To build a Spend Wizard:

  1. Click Right-facing white arrow in purple square to the right of the hyperlink you want to create a Spend Wizard for.

    Another view of the Module - Spend Wizard screen appears, showing you any components currently part of your form.

    Note: All new hyperlinked forms are blank until a component is added.

  2. To add a component, refer to the sub-sections in this online help. These sub-sections cover the creation, editing and deletion of each component type and describe how they appear in the final form.
  3. To return to the original, high-level view of the Module - Spend Wizard screen, click the Back button at the top-right of the screen at any time.
