Edit/delete hyperlink

To edit/delete a hyperlink:

1. Click the applicable hyperlink box on the Module - Spend Wizard screen.

   Note: You must click the name in the middle of the box, not the edge of the box.

   If the Spend Wizard has been locked for editing for general administrators, you will not be able to edit the hyperlink field. The form will appear lighter in colour and the right-facing arrow icon will be missing.

   The Edit Hyperlink window appears.

2. Either:
   • Make any required changes and click Save, or
   • Click Delete.

Spend Wizard name and hover-over text translations

If multi-language support is enabled for your company and you have the correct administration right (Admin - Company Translations), you can configure the name of your Spend Wizard link and hover-over text in the languages your company instance supports. If a user then changes their language setting via their personal settings, the translated values for the Spend Wizard name and hover-over text is used wherever the Spend Wizard appears in the system.

1. Click to the right of the hyperlink label Online help text to be associated with this field within the Edit Hyperlink window.

   The Spend Wizard window appears.

2. Type translations for each of the supported languages.
3. Click Save.
