Travel summaries

Travel summaries are grouped together in a single module in Shared Travel Services. The inclusion of each is customizable and linked to your log on and role.

The current item content is displayed on the right of the module. To switch to alternative information (if applicable or available for you) click the label on the left:

Manage travellers

If your role includes arranging travel for others, this item is displayed. From here you can add new travellers and edit their information and notifications.

This item lists all travellers that you can arrange travel for. You can also add new travellers, view traveller information, link to the booking tool and current itinerary, set notification prompts, manage profile alerts and view current itineraries.

Travellers

Travellers that you are already authorized to arrange travel for are listed here. To view details for a traveller, click to the right of the traveller name to expand the information. To hide the details for this traveller, click .

To add new traveller:

  1. Click to the right of Add new traveller to display the search box. Type the Last name of the traveller you want to add. This traveller must have specified you as someone who arranges travel on their behalf in their own traveller profile. For more information, refer to the Profile user guide.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Once you have found the traveller, click Add. The newly added travellers name now appears in the box.

My travel

If your role permits arranging travel for yourself, this module section is available. To switch to the My travel section, click My Travel on the left of the module. The view changes to display your current travel arrangements.

Note: If there is no information to display, a message to this effect is displayed instead.

Travel arranged

This is available if you arrange travel on behalf of others. To switch to the Travel arranged section, click Travel arranged on the left of the module. The view changes to display current travel arranged for others.
