Address details

If necessary, click the Manage profile menu at the top of the page. Click Address details in the navigation area on the left of the page

You will see navigation area at the top.

The default selection is for your Business address. In the navigation area at the top this is indicated in bold italics when active. To select one of the other address forms, click on the form name, Home or Alternate, in the navigation area. You can complete as many of these as you wish.

Depending on the system configuration, the business address may be populated by default with preconfigured details. Normally, business addresses cannot be added or edited by you so that a standard format is maintained. You can select an alternative, if it has been configured.

Apart from the Home address information, addresses are stored for reuse among others using the system to facilitate this. The country is required first. This is in order that, where information in other boxes such as County/State is can be linked to an internal list, the correct list for the specified country is provided.

To search for a stored address:

You can type address details in as you wish.

  1. To use a stored address for Business or for Alternate, click the Select from list link to the left of Address line 1.
  2. If the list is long, reduce the size by typing the City / town in the box provided at the top or, if you know it, provide the first line of the address in the Address line 1 box.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Scroll through the list to locate the required address and click Select to the right of the applicable row. The details for that address are completed for you.

To set the delivery address:

Once more than one address has been completed, you can change the default delivery address. By default, this is the business address.

  1. Click the Use as delivery address option at the top.
  2. Click Save.
