Change password

It is important that you maintain the integrity of your secure access to the website. If you are in doubt of your password or security question/answer, you can change these.

To change your password:

At any time you can change your password and or security question. Access both features from the same location.

1. Click Change password on the left to open the relevant page.
2. For your own security, to change your password you must first enter your Current password.
3. Type the new password twice, once in the New password box and once in the Confirm new password box.
4. Click Save.

To change your security question:

If you decide that you need to change your security question, you can also do this in the same page.

1. Click the arrow to the right of the Security question box.
2. Select the new question from the list provided.
3. When you select a different question, the Security answer box is cleared ready for you to type in the new answer.
4. Click Save.
