Arranger groups

Arranger groups are simply a grouping of travel arrangers. They make the process of attaching several arrangers to one or more travellers quick and easy. For example, if a new starter joins your organization, all the members of staff that create travel requests can be linked to that new starter in one go, rather than one by one.

Arranger groups are created and administered elsewhere in the STS portal - if possible, see the Administration tab and click the Travel link. The Travel link is usually only accessible to a limited number of employees. Attaching an arranger group to a traveller is done in Manage Profile - see steps 4 and 5 of this topic for instructions.
