Creating arranger groups

To create an arranger group:

  1. On the STS portal home screen, hover over the Administration tab and click the Travel link.
  2. On the Client menu, click Arranger groups.
  3. Click the Arranger group create tab.
  4. Enter a name (for example: "Sales Team Arrangers") into the Arranger group name box.

    Note: The arranger group name can be a maximum of 20 characters long, including spaces. It can contain letters, numbers and the following characters only: & ( ) - . ' \

  5. Enter an email address for the group in the Arranger group email address box.
  6. Add the desired arrangers to the group by selecting them from the Arranger name drop-down menu and clicking Add. You can also search for arrangers by typing their first and/or last name in the Arranger name box.
  7. Click Save to create the group. The group can now be attached to a traveller in Manage Profile - see steps 4 and 5 of this topic for instructions.
