On the STS portal home screen, hover over the Administration tab and click the Travel link.
On the Client menu, click Arranger groups.
Click the Arranger group create tab.
Enter a name (for example: "Sales Team Arrangers") into the Arranger group name box.
Note: The arranger group name can be a maximum of 20 characters long, including spaces. It can contain letters, numbers and the following characters only: & ( ) - . ' \
Enter an email address for the group in the Arranger group email address box.
Add the desired arrangers to the group by selecting them from the Arranger name drop-down menu and clicking Add. You can also search for arrangers by typing their first and/or last name in the Arranger name box.
Click Save to create the group. The group can now be attached to a traveller in Manage Profile - see steps 4 and 5 of this topic for instructions.
