To modify which role(s) are assigned to a user, use the Search by role drop-down menu and/or the Search by name field and click Search to locate the user.
Users that have roles assigned are displayed without a check box. Click the name of the user that you wish to modify. Only a single user at a time can be selected.
The user will now appear under the Username(s) selected for assigning role(s) section.
In the Assigned roles section, make the required changes by selecting and clearing the check boxes as appropriate.
Click Save changes. The changes to the user role assignments have been made.
Note: Once the TAN holder role has been given to a user, the user will need to be assigned, at some point, as the primary or secondary TAN holder of a level 3 TAN prefix. See here for more information.
