Assigning user roles

This topic refers to assigning roles to users that have no role assigned.

  1. Enter the name of a user in the Search by name field and click Search.
  2. Select the check box next to the appropriate user. It will now appear under the Username(s) selected for assigning role(s) section.
  3. If required, select the check boxes next to additional users. This allows you to make block assignments to users, i.e. assign the same roles to a group of users.
  4. In the Assigned roles section, select the appropriate check box(es) to mark the role(s) that you wish to assign to the user(s).
  5. Click Save changes. The role(s) have now been assigned.
