Validate TAN

Offline TANs need to be validated after travel has been shopped. A travel request can move from the shopping stage to the booked stage if the TAN is found to be valid. TANs are validated against two criteria:

  1. Whether the TAN exists.
  2. Whether the TAN has expired or not.

Navigate to the Validate TAN section using the TAN System menu on the left side of the screen.
