Edit/delete narrative field

To edit/delete a narrative field:

1. Click to the right of the hyperlink (form) with the narrative field you want to edit or delete.

   Another view of the Module - Spend Wizard screen appears, showing you any components currently part of your form.

2. Click the applicable narrative field box on the Module - Spend Wizard screen.

   Note: You must click the name in the middle of the box, not the edge of the box.

   The Edit Narrative window appears.

3. Either:
   • Make any required changes and click Save, or
   • Click Delete. Note: This will delete this narrative field and any responses to this Spend Wizard.

Narrative field name translations

If multi-language support is enabled for your company and you have the correct administration right (Admin - Company Translations), you can configure the narrative field name in the languages your company instance supports. If a user then changes their language setting via their personal settings, the translated value for the field name appears in the Spend Wizard.

1. Click to the right of the Narrative Label within the Edit Narrative window.

   The Spend Wizard window appears.

2. Type translations for each of the supported languages.
3. Click Save.
