External Link functionality allows you to add a URL hyperlink to the Links tab of a Spend Wizard. The URL could be, for example, to your company's intranet site, allowing the user to view a travel or allowance policy. It is also possible for an external link to display in response to an employee answering a Yes/No question on the Comments tab.
