Edit/delete select lists

Note: If you remove or change a value from a select list and this value has been used, when the user goes back to the transaction which used this value, it will be preserved.

To edit/delete a select list:

  1. Click Right-facing white arrow in purple square to the right of the hyperlink (form) with the select list you want to edit or delete

    Another view of the Module - Spend Wizard screen appears, showing you any components currently part of your form.

  2. Click the Manage Select Lists link at the top of the Module - Spend Wizard screen.

    The Manage Custom Select Lists dialogue box appears.

  3. Click the select list label (link) you want to edit under the Defined Select List heading.

    The drop-down contents of the list display in the Defined Select Contents text box on the right side of the dialogue box.
