Edit/delete rate group

To edit/delete a rate group:

  1. Click the Rate Groups button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

    The Rate Groups window appears.

  2. To edit the rate group:
    1. Either:
      • Select the rate group row and click Edit.
      • Hover over the rate group row and click Black pencil.
      • Double-click the rate group row.

      The Edit Rate Group dialogue box appears.

    2. Make any required changes and click Save.
  3. To delete the rate group, either:

Rate group translations

If multi-language support is enabled for your company and you have the correct administration right (Admin - Company Translations), you can configure your rate group name in the languages your company instance supports. If a user then changes their language setting via their personal settings, the translated value for the rate group is used wherever the rate group appears in the system.

  1. Click the Edit Translation link at the top of the Edit Rate Group dialogue box.

    The Rate Group window appears.

  2. Type translations for each of the supported languages.
  3. Click Save.
