Expense reports can only be created from the Travel Request screen for approved requisitions.
The requisition details will display.
The Expense Report: Create New Item window appears.
Description. A label or name for the expense report. The description defaults to the name of the requisition and the number of the expense report. For example if this is the fourth expense report for your UK Training requisition, then the description defaults to UK Training-3, as the first expense report will not be numbered.
Billing Currency. The currency defaults to the user's currency or the currency of the requisition, which should generally be the same.
Transaction Date. The logical start date for this expense report, eg. the date a transaction was made. The date defaults to today.
Expiration Date. The date this expense report is considered closed. On expiration, the expense report status changes from open to closed, and this status is visible within reports such as the Analysis - Expense Report. The field defaults to one month from today.
Note: Unapproved or un-extracted expense reports can expire. Expired expense reports still exist in the system for viewing and editing (if required). What's more, transactions can still be linked/unlinked to an expired expense report.
Final Expense Report. Check this option if this is the final expense report for this requisition.
Recommender Review Required. Check this option if the expense report needs to be reviewed before it can be approved.

Custom fields. Depending on how your organization is set up, you may be required to enter additional information in up to six different fields below the Comments field.
