Your requisition summary is a high-level summary of your requisitions by period, identifying the total number and value of transactions linked to each requisition.
The Travel Expenses screen appears.

By default, information for the last three months is displayed, however at the base of the screen you have the option of displaying the current period only, the last 6 months, the last 12 months, or all periods.
The summary lists the requisitions created over the last three months, and the total value of each one. Information on the transaction items linked to each requisition is also displayed. A red Submit text next to a requisition indicates that it has not been submitted for approval. This will change to On Hold if the itinerary is being changed and will revert to Submit after changes to the itinerary have been completed.
The figure in the Total column is the total value of the transactions currently linked to this requisition. The Balance is the difference between the total value of the requisition and the total value of those linked transactions. A bar graph is used to visually communicate the two values. Holding your mouse over each segment of the bar displays the figures.
