Automatic emails enable your company to automatically send task-related emails at a specified frequency (either several times a day, once a day, once a week or once a month).
Automatic emails are created by building the email itself (this contains the introductory message and details like the sender's name, subject and email frequency) and then attaching email components to it. Email components control the nature of the information that is extracted from Shared Travel Services and included in the email.
Email components fall into one of two categories:
Notes: If an account holder has delegated their account to another employee, or a manager has delegated their approval role to another employee, both the account holder/manager and the delegated employee receive all relevant email notifications. However, emails for the Question Posted and Response Made events are only sent to those who have participated in the question-response conversation.
If a translation is available, Shared Travel Services sends automatic emails in the language of preference (as specified in the user and company-level settings).
