Upload file to vault

Use this procedure to upload data files into Shared Travel Services.

Note: You can only upload files to the Vault in xml, xsl, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, gif, jpg, tif, pdf, pgp, asc or zip format. Please ensure you zip any large files prior to uploading them into the Vault.

To upload a file to the Vault:

  1. From the main menu, select Administration > File Management > The Vault.

    The Vault appears in a separate window, defaulting to the Inbox.

  2. Click Up-facing arrow in grey cloud.

    The Secure File Upload window appears.

  3. Click Browse and locate the file you want to upload.
  4. Click Go.

    The file will now appear in the Inbox of the Shared Travel Services Vault.

Note: This is the first stage of loading a file into the solution. You must now follow the steps outlined in Refresh Interfaces.
