Use file checked process

After completing the File Imported function, you are ready to use the File Checked function. When you put a file through the File Checked process, you complete the upload file process.

To use the file checked function:

1. If you first want to re-check for possible errors within the file you are about to load, click to the right of the file under the File Checked section of the screen. If you want to proceed with the file upload, go to step 2.
2. Under the File Checked section of the screen, click to the right of the file you want to upload.

   The Interface Processing window appears.

   The icons that may appear on this window indicate:

   Records that were successfully loaded.

   Records that were not successfully loaded.

   The file now appears under the File Completed section of the screen.
