If the Interface Processing window displays a icon, it indicates there is a fundamental error with a record in the file you are trying to import. (Note: There only needs to be one record in error to stop a file from proceeding.)
When this occurs:
Note: This moves the file back to the File Uploaded section of the screen; it does not delete the file completely from Shared Travel Services. To remove it, you need to delete it from the Vault Inbox.
