Handling import errors

If the Interface Processing window displays a White cross in red square icon, it indicates there is a fundamental error with a record in the file you are trying to import. (Note: There only needs to be one record in error to stop a file from proceeding.)

When this occurs:

  1. Close the Interface Processing window.
  2. Delete the file by clicking White cross in red square to the right of the file you are trying to import.

    Note: This moves the file back to the File Uploaded section of the screen; it does not delete the file completely from Shared Travel Services. To remove it, you need to delete it from the Vault Inbox.

  3. Open the original file and correct the error. Note: The file cannot be fixed directly by opening it within Shared Travel Services.
  4. Upload the corrected file into the Vault Inbox and try again.
