Edit/delete report group

To edit a report group name:

  1. Click the Report Groups button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

    The Report Groups screen appears.

  2. To edit the report group:
    1. Either:
      • Select the report group and click Edit,
      • Hover over the report group row and click Black pencil, or
      • Double-click the report group.

      The Edit Report Group dialogue box appears.

    2. Enter the new name and click Save.
  3. To delete a report group, either:

Report group translations

If multi-language support is enabled for your company and you have the correct administration right (Admin - Company Translations), you can configure your report group name in the languages your company instance supports. If a user then changes their language setting via their personal settings, the translated value for the report group name is used wherever the report group appears in the system.

  1. Click the Edit Translation link in the Edit Report Group dialogue box.

    The Report Group dialogue box appears.

  2. Type translations for each of the supported languages.
  3. Click Save.
