If an employee is mapped (linked) to the wrong account, or you want to delete the employee from the system, you need to remove the mapping (unmap them) first.
Note: If your organization has the Account Mapping - Restrict Remapping of Virtual Accounts implementation option enabled, you won't be able to unmap virtual accounts (eg. cash, requisition and travel requisition accounts). In this situation, the does not display.
To unmap an employee from an account:
The Account Search window appears.
The Account Search screen appears.
