View statement periods

The Statement Periods screen displays all statement periods recorded in Shared Travel Services for your organization - whether they be open or closed. The screen displays periods by account type, eg. card (from one or more issuers), out of pocket expenses, phone and/or requisitions.

To view a breakdown of the statement period:

  1. Click Blue small letter 'i' in white circle with orange outline to the right of the period you want to view.

    The table that displays on the Statement Periods screen lists each account statement in the period, including the employee (if mapped), a transaction count, and transaction and statement totals.

  2. If required, you can export the data by clicking the Export to Excel.
