Profile alerts

This feature is normally visible only if your profile is for a Traveller or for a Traveller and Arranger as it provides alerts specific to traveller profiles.

A relevant symbol is displayed next to the Profile alert label on the left if there is a current profile alert for you. The symbols that may be used are:

* Rail card expiration is currently only available in the United Kingdom.

Note: You may also receive an email notification for profile alerts.

The messages displayed are specifically relevant to passports, visas, credit cards and rail cards registered in the profile for the traveller. For example, if a passport is due to expire, this will be displayed here as an alert.

Note: The period prior to expiration for each of these can be customized and an email notification can be specified in customization.

Click the message displayed to open the relevant area of the profile so that the full details can be viewed and, if applicable, updated with more up-to-date information if already changed.

Tip: This tab is only available to users who have access to the Traveller profile.
