System alerts

These concern products normally accessible from Shared Travel Services. If there are features that are not working correctly or are unavailable, the label for System alerts will be followed by and when the label is selected, the alerts will be displayed with the following issue information:

• Scheduled or unscheduled
• Date and time of the message
• Name of the product affected
• Brief details of the issue

If there are no system alerts, a message will display accordingly.

Archive alerts

Archive alerts can be displayed on the module by clicking on the bar at the top right of the module. The number of alerts displayed is dependent on customization.
