Rated amount fields

A rated amount field is used when an employee needs to calculate an amount that is based on a rate, eg. a mileage rate or per diem/daily allowance.

A rated amount field can be set up for a out of pocket expenses or requisition form so that all the employee will be required to do is enter the number of appropriate units to allow the rate calculation to be made.

Rated amount fields used by standard Spend Wizards are editable, the ones used by custom Spend Wizards are not.
