There is a function available on Shared Travel Services that allows you to indicate whether or not you hold a valid tax invoice for a transaction. This functionality will only be relevant for you if your organization has enabled it on the system.
Your company may require you to indicate if you hold a receipt for certain types of transactions, or it may be mandatory for every transaction.
You must follow your company's requirements around the details that should be present on a tax invoice. However, as a general guide, a valid tax invoice should show the following information:
To indicate you hold a valid tax invoice for a transaction, click the Receipt check box on the Coding tab of the Transaction Details window so a green check appears .
To indicate you do not hold a valid tax invoice for a transaction, click the Receipt check box so a red cross appears .
Note: If auto-receipt is enabled for your company, the Receipt check box is automatically selected when you link one or more images to the transaction.
Note: The Receipt label may have a different name in your company setup.
