Edit/delete home screen notice

To edit/delete a home screen notice:

  1. From the main menu, select Administration > Instance Management > Custom Content.

    The Custom Content window appears.

  2. Click White plus over white minus in orange square beside Home Page Notices.

    The Edit Content - Home Page Notices window appears.

Home screen notice translations

If multi-language support is enabled for your company and you have the correct administration right (Admin - Company Translations), you can configure your home screen notice in the languages your company instance supports. If a user then changes their language setting via their personal settings, the translated value for the notice appears on their home screen.

  1. Click the Edit Translation link at the top of the Edit Content - Home Page Notices window.

    The Custom Content window appears.

  2. Type translations for each of the supported languages.
  3. Click Save.
