Create home screen notice

To create a new home screen notice:

  1. From the main menu, select Administration > Instance Management > Custom Content.

    The Custom Content window appears.

  2. Click White plus over white minus in orange square beside Home Page Notices.

    The Edit Content - Home Page Notices window appears.

  3. Enter the text of your notice.

    Note: If the correct implementation option is enabled, you can format your content in HTML.

  4. Click Save.

    The notice will now appear on the home screen for all users in your organization. It will continue to display until you change it or delete it.

Note: If the Shared Travel Services Development Team post a message on the home screen, any notice you enter via this functionality will overwrite it.
